Creator Agreement
This case may vary depending on the influencer.
This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between HJ Entertainment, a company registered in Seoul, South Korea (“Company”), and the individual creator (“Creator”) who agrees to the terms set forth below.
Scope of Work
The Creator agrees to participate in campaigns, live broadcasts, or content projects as directed by HJ Entertainment. Deliverables may include: TikTok Live sessions Short-form video content Sponsored product integrations Event appearances or rehearsals Style coordination and wardrobe compliance
Term & Termination
This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party with 14 days written notice. HJ Entertainment reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of breach, misconduct, or brand safety concerns.
Compensation
Creator will receive compensation based on agreed-upon rates or revenue shares (e.g., 50% of TikTok Live revenue). Payments will be made monthly unless otherwise specified. Bonuses may apply for high-performing campaigns at the discretion of the Company.
Content Rights & Licensing
All content produced under HJ Entertainment’s direction may be used for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes by the Company. Creator grants HJ Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, distribute, and modify the content. The Creator may not republish or resell sponsored content without written permission.
Conduct & Compliance
Creator agrees to: Follow campaign briefs, schedules, and brand guidelines. Avoid profanity, illegal content, or behavior harmful to the brand. Adhere to community standards and platform (TikTok) terms of use. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from campaigns.
Confidentiality
Creator agrees to keep confidential all non-public information about the Company’s campaigns, clients, strategies, or compensation terms.
Independent Contractor Status
The Creator is an independent contractor, not an employee. The Creator is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and personal equipment.
Dispute Resolution & Entire Agreement
Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. This document constitutes the full agreement between the Creator and HJ Entertainment, superseding any prior discussions.
